Resilience… for your home

Wood House Model with question marks over the wooden desk and free copy space for your text.

As we watch fires rage in northern and southern California, the questions nag us: Will we be next? Will PG&E shutoff our power? What will I do without power in my home for up to 5 days? Is there a way to keep power after PG&E shuts it off?

Here at the SLO Climate Coalition, we have the same questions, and some answers. We’re working on a home energy storage workshop to arm you with the knowledge it takes to have power during a blackout and be able to run your home normally, with solar and storage.

We will discuss public safety power shutoffs, safety, financial incentives, technical details and more. Location, Time and format is still TBD so sign up below to get an email when this event has been finalized.
